Ravens @ Steelers Post Game

“He got hit early in that first drive. He is a tough guy,” said Cowher. “I have a lot of respect for Ben. He is a competitive guy, he is a tough guy. Our doctors have done a good job of communicating with him and him with them regarding any risk that is involved in putting him back out there. I think it was painful and hopefully it’s something he can continue to work through. We’ll rest him as we deem necessary and see where he is at the end of the week.” Big Ben underwent an MRI on tuesday and it doesn't seem to be anything serious “All of the ligaments are fine,” said head coach Bill Cowher. “We will have a further update on him as the week goes on.” Click here to watch the Postgame coverage

Ravens @ Steelers

Jeff Reed kicking the game winning field goal.

This was a very close game it came down to the wire. The Ravens scored at somewhere around 3 minutes left and gave the Steelers the ball and Big Ben led the Steelers down the field for what was the game winning field goal with 1:36 left. Then the defense stopped the ravens from scoring on the ensuing drive. The final score was 20-19. This was one of the closest games all season for the Steelers. this game ended the Steelers 2 game home losing streak and the ravens now have a seven game road losing streak. This win puts the Steelers a half of a game behind the Bengals for 1st place in the AFC North.

Big Ben

I think Ben Roethlisberger is a beast. He may have lost in the playoffs but I see him as the future of the Steelers.
